Está todo muy bien. Por el precio me faltó algún detalle de bienvenida. Café en cápsulas suele haber en este tipo de alojamientos.

Bem confortável, acolhedor.

Senti falta de um ferro de passar roupas, pois levamos roupas em malas e já não chega bem passadas, e o barulho do bar embaixo, pois fomos para descansar.

The apartment was a good size for the 2 of us. Bathroom was spacious with useful shelving and good hot water pressure. Kitchen facilities were adequate . Noise level from street was not too terrible and seemed even quieter after 11pm. The location was good with plenty of choices for restaurants and entertainment close by. Some items were missing but Pedro was very responsive to our needs and sorted it out by end of day.

Steep street to get luggage up to the apartment location on cobblestone as it’s on a pedestrian street. Luckily not too far from Uber drop off . Steep and narrow staircase but I guess it’s because it’s an older building in historic area. We were on first floor and I think it would be a huge struggle for upper floors if you have suitcases as no elevator. Younger people may not find it an issue but we did hear some new guests struggling quite a bit. Electrical points need some attention as the wall plates were not secure and could be a potential hazard particularly if guests have children.

Pedro est très gentil et super rapide pour les communications. L’emplacement est plus que parfait. Le logement est complet, il ne manque de rien. Décoration sobre et moderne.

Le fait que l’hébergement soit si bien situé implique par contre être au-dessus de 2-3 bars et restaurants donc beaucoup de bruit le soir et même un peu la nuit. Dormeurs au sommeil léger s’abstenir.

Que al resecar nunca visualice la opción de 4to piso … sin elevador ..!!! Muy muy incómodo y molesto !!
