This 4 bedroom property is perfectly located on the marina within walking distance to the waterfront restaurants and the Thiesen island. It has a 2 car garage.

Great location, spacious and clean, pleasant owners

Aircon is in only two of the four bedrooms (plus in the downstairs living area). When load shedding kicked in, for several hours every day/night, the Aircon and bedroom fans didn’t work and most of the wall sockets were out too (fridge, kettle, microwave, washer etc…). Would benefit from larger invertor and battery pack plus solar.

The property was comfortable, clean and central to restaurants and shops in Knysna

Loved the view of the canals and the beauty of Knysna.

The view is superb and has a bit more patio space being a corner unit, compared to other units. There are ample bedrooms for a family or group of friends and the lounge and dining rooms are also spacious.

There was unfortunately no DSTV, but there is Netflix. DSTV is however available if you are able to login with your own DSTV credentials, if you have your own.

Sven communicated exactly what we needed to do and where to meet him to hand over the keys and to walk around the house.
