B&B A un passo dal mare

Newly renovated room and common kitchen. Very well done with a good vibe. Comfy mattress. Very friendly hosts, easy going and reliable.

The shower drain was half blocked and the water didn't drain properly. No hooks or shelves in bathroom (except for two little hooks on shower glass) no towels rails at all, was difficult to find a dry and good spot for our stuff. No table or tray for our luggage which we had to keep on the floor. both LED bedside lamps (battery operated) where discharged and couldn't be used. Great idea to have 3 waste bins in the kitchen for garbage recycling, but no instructions at all what to put in which coloured bin. The included breakfast had only 1 coffee pod for each person...

Das B&B hat einen ganz besonderen Charme, da es eher wie eine WG aufgebaut ist: Man kommt hinein in einen kleinen Gemeinschaftsraum, in dem gefrühstückt wird (Frühstück besteht aus abgepacktem Croissant, Zitronenkuchen und Brot). Von dort aus gehen drei Zimmer inkl. eigenem Bad ab. Die Lage direkt am Meer ist super, die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und der Service von Gianmarco war absolut überragend – er war jederzeit hilfsbereit, freundlich und sehr engagiert.

Leider gibt es aber einen Nachteil: Direkt unter den Apartments befindet sich eine Bar, die extrem laut ist. Bis etwa 3:30 Uhr morgens ist an Schlaf kaum zu denken. Nur dienstags hat die Bar geschlossen. Hinzu kommt, dass morgens ab circa 5/6 Uhr die Müllabfuhr vorbeikommt und ab 8 Uhr bereits lautes Bohren und Hämmern begann. Wer nur im ruhigen schlafen kann, sollte es sich überlegen.

Pulizia estrema e struttura molto accogliente. Bagno bellissimo, stanza dotata di balcone con vista mare. Sita sul lungomare in posizione ottima ai servizi ed ai ristoranti.
