The bed was comfortable

Very damp not very clean needs a lot of work doing to it to bring it up to standard .Cutlery was dirty all needed cleaning no oven gloves or tea towels not the best . Was very noisy through the night and early morning .

Centrally located with bus station nearby

The stay was really nice. The location was accessible to all the necessary facilities. Happy we booked this place!

Plenty of space. Flat is clean and everything in it we needed. Great proximity to eateries and shops.

I have to say that the noise from the location was horrendous. None of us slept the first night. The lack of double glazing doesn’t help the fact that the flat is on a busy street. It’s such a shame as the flat is honestly brilliant.

The location was great and size of apartment was great

Barely any cooking pots and pans. Pans provided were all rusty. Door handle of most toilet and bedroom were loose and broken. Did not provide basic cleaning equipments like dish washing liquid or sufficient trash bags. The floor boards were creaky and ceiling is extremely porous. If you have an inconsiderate neighbour (which we had), the entire night and early hours were filled with banging of doors and stomping around of foot.

It was our 2nd stay in this property and again everything was exceptional: flat cleanliness, facilities, kitchen utensils, communication with host and easy check-in and -out. Location is absolutely great as well.

The location is good.

The bathrooms need improvement. Secondly, the apartment needs to be cleaned every week and changing of the bedding, towels.
