Schlechter Vermieter, schlechte Wohnung Leider habe ich sehr negative Erfahrungen mit diesem Vermieter gemacht. Sämtliche Schäden in der Wohnung wurden ignoriert oder abgestritten. Trotz eines offensichtlichen Fensterschadens, durch den es in die Wohnung zog, weigerte er sich, etwas zu unternehmen. Am Telefon sagte er mir sogar, ich solle ihn nicht belästigen und ihn in Ruhe lassen. Auch das Türblatt war defekt, was ebenfalls nie repariert wurde. Insgesamt war die Wohnung in einem schlechten Zustand, und der Vermieter hat sich nicht um notwendige Reparaturen gekümmert. Ich kann diese Wohnung und den Vermieter keinesfalls weiterempfehlen.

Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett. Die Lage ist super, direkt gegenüber von der S-Bahn und einem Penny. Im selben Gebäude befindet sich auch ein Bäcker . Wir kommen nächstes Mal gerne wieder
