غرفة مضيئة جدًا، يمكن الجلوس على الشرفة خلال النهار ومشاهدة البحر، وعلى بعد خطوات فقط يوجد السوبر ماركت والمطاعم، لذلك لا داعي للقيادة لتلبية الاحتياجات اليومية.
