There was loads of spiderwebs and spiders on ceilings please take this inconsiderate and maybe get cleaners to clean up the ceilings and the lamp in living room was very dusty and skirting !

We all had such a lovely time at this property - everything about our stay was brilliant. The property was really comfortable and its facilities were all amazing. It is located perfectly to be able to explore the local area and the two off-road two parking spaces were a huge added bonus. Sarah and Sam (the owners of the property) were wonderful and ensured that we had a great stay. We have had family holidays in the local area for many years and will definitely be booking this property for our next one if we can!

"Most enjoyable short break"

We were self catering, enjoy the freedom this gives us ,the house was extremely well equipped and also had a barbecue for us to use .the location is near Hay-on -Wye and some stunning mountains which we enjoyed exploring.
