Ellefsen 132 Golf Oasis

The property was clean and tidy.

The property is close to the main road with constant traffic noise till very late in the evening.The unit is part of a Block of Units and the noise around was disturbing. The Unit Block was undergoing maintenance and no privacy at all. Could not even sit outside with all the working people around I have brought this under the attention of the Owner and according to the Owner That was the only time of the year. Why do you rent the place out if you are aware of the maintenance. That was disappointing as this was a vacation with much needed rest. Which we definitely did not get at all.

The restaurant was good. Affordable and great service. Jason was friendly and attentive. The unit was neat and comfortable. The unit had everything we needed, home away from home.

We weren't aware that Ellefsen village sits on the further end of the estate. Also that one has to commute around to the facilities. Kitchen space is a bit small. Other than that, we liked the place.

The location was very good. We especially enjoyed the privacy and close-by swimming pool.

There was a bad plumbing smell in the kitchen - possibly around the dishwasher.

The place was lovely and comfortable and had everything we needed.

Too close to the main road, traffic noise

The property is a flat located on the golf course. It's on the ground floor. Two separate bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with 2 single beds). There is a unit above this flat, and units next to this one. The kitchen is small, but has most amenities. There are 2 separate bathrooms (one with a walk-in shower, and one with a bathtub only). There is an alarm system - so when you go out of the apartment, you have to switch on the alarm (which is a good thing). There is a TV with Netflix etc. And there is free Wi-fi. And a safe in one of the cupboards.

The flat is next to the main road that leads into Langebaan. So the noise is a bit of a disturbance. The small table with 4 chairs in the kitchen takes up most of the kitchen space...so it's difficult to open the fridge if people sit at the kitchen table.
