The place was spotless and fully equipped with everything we needed. Alexander, the owner, greeted us warmly and was incredibly friendly.

A perfect apartment in Cascais, very clean and so well equipped! Everything you could possibly need. Alex was the most amazing host & was available on WhatsApp for any further questions we had. He gave us a full debrief on check in which was so appreciated! The location is perfect and we will absolutely visit again. We stayed for the Lisbon marathon and it was just the perfect location and a beautiful apartment. Brilliant value for money!

An excellent choice for a self catering visit to Cascais. The 2 person Buganvilia Apartment (one of four in a mid century modern house) is quite small but well designed. It faces the street front but this is not a problem. There are 2 balcony spaces both with tables to eat outside in sun or shade. There are regular buses into town but the 15-20 min walk is quite pleasant too. There is a good supermarket and local cafes/restaurants across the road in a new development. Also an easy walk to the coast at either Boca d'Inferno cliffs or Casa da Guia - latter has a great selection of shops and cafe/restaurants. Cascais town itself is a very relaxed place with an endless choice of places to eat and drink, lovely shady parks and an interesting range of local museums. Owner is very welcoming and a mine of local information.

Only very minor quibbles - eg. a suitcase stand rather than a large chair in the bedroom would be helpful.

Firstly Alexandre was a fantastic host! Spent so much time telling us about the area and giving us recommendations which were greatly appreciated. The apartments were clean and quiet and a relaxing place to spend a week in Cascais. The location was great - just up the hill from Cascais town about a 15 minute walk from the centre.

Very little. We would have appreciated a mid week clean/ towel change etc. Typically when we stay in tourist apartments a cleaner comes in during our stay to give everything a clean/ towel refresh.

Very clean, great location and wonderful host. The swimming pool is also beautiful. The apartment is small but perfect for two people and the sofa also converts into a bed which is very comfortable.

The apartment is first class, spotlessly clean and has everything you could ever need for a vacation, Alex has pretty much got everything covered. There is a supermarket 2 minutes away, and you can walk to everything Cascais has to offer in 15 minutes, and you are an 8 minute walk from the ocean. Alex is an excellent host, explaining everything on arrival, and attentive if you need him. He also can provide you with some excellent red wine, I recommend it. Would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone.

Alexandre is a wonderful host and made us feel like home from the first minute on. Beautifully decorated, very clean appartment with well equipped kitchen. The location is perfect, very close to the centre but nestled in an very calm residential neighbourhood free parking in the street. Supermarket nearby. Highly recommendated!
