"Exceptional"

Great location, a short distance from the town’s plaza and the Machu Picchu ticket office (if you’re considering buying them the day before like we did.) Nice staff, they let us hang out in the lobby until our night train at 10pm. Large room, comfortable bed and pillows, hot water, TV with Netflix.

Very cheap and near the main square.

I know the town is incredibly humid but the bed linen smelt bad and everything was always wet inside the room. The bathroom window was locked, so it was impossible to let the steam out. Our feet were always wet inside the room. Hot water didn't always work. The receptionist spoke so quietly that it was hard to hear her.
