Breakfast was great, love that I was able to get my eggs to my liking. Breakfast was brought out to me and just sitting for everyone to pick over. Great touch

Mattress was hard

Generally the staff were amazingly friendly and the hotel is clean and attractive. The rooftop area is funky and a great view over the harbour and beach. The location is perfect, just inside the city walls, so ideally placed for exploring outside the medina and finding our way around the medina itself.

Breakfast was very basic and varied only in either fruit OR yoghurt on alternate days. I informed the hotel I was gluten-free before we arrived, and there were no alternatives offered (I had to go to a supermarket and buy myself some gf bread!!) The coffee was dreadful! While there was an air conditioning control box in the room, this was not linked to anything (no ac unit and when we asked about it we basically got a shoulder shrug!), we had to have the window open all the time, and Essaouria smells and has a lot of seagulls so the noise was constant. Trying to get served drinks on the rooftop in the afternoon was hit and miss as to whether any staff were around, and the soft drinks list was limited. Be aware; there are no lifts in the property; all rooms are accessed via a spiral staircase.

Street noise in the morning/night. One of the ladies who gave us a Hammam/ massage was sick which took away from the relaxation and we got sick a few days later.

Emplacement idéal pour accéder à la medina et à la plage. Personnel très attentif. Accueil parfait.

Seul petit bémol : il manque du salé au petit déjeuner (fromage vache qui rit... pas top).

Magnifique riad super bien situé pour rayonner. Personnel souriant et serviable. Rooftop très agréable pour le petit déjeuner et la bronzette. Excellent soins au hamman et mention spéciale à Leila pour le massage
