This extremely reasonably-priced apartment with full bath, two bedrooms, and a complete kitchen, all at or below the common cost of a single hotel room, is a remarkable deal. The staff are friendly and helpful, too. Highly recommended!

Great Location. Washer and Dryer are NOT inside the unit. Very easy to get in. Some questionable people smoking were on each side of the sidewalk as we approached but worked out ok.

We were updated regularly about check in time and given the entry code the day of our arrival. The unit was decorated cute, super clean and easy to find. We loved the town of Hamilton. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back. Thank you from Guthrie OK.

The property was furnished with everything a guest would need. The facilities are relatively new when considering the age of the town. The quilt shops are within walking distance for some or acceptable parking in town.

I was somewhat surprised by the 24.5% tax rate. The published rate was an exceptional value, the $50 cleaning fee is understandable but that 24.5% tax rate seems excessive for this area.
