I would recommend this property, from the outside it looks nothing special. But of course, the building is old. The inside makes up for that.

Property was very comfortable and modern looking. Great location being close to town centre and a short walk away from The Law. Plenty local amenities all in short walking distance

Property could use with a refresh of paint/sealing in some areas, some scuffs on walls and mastic not so pleasing on the eye but that’s my only gripe!

Wasn’t very clean. Hair on towels, thick dirt at the threshold of the bathroom, taps on bathroom sink we’re broken. Flooring needs replaced, starting to lift in some areas which is dangerous. Flat was full of spiders, no idea why. None of the dishes were actually clean. They were greasy and dirty. some glasses still had dirty finger prints. Beds look like they’d been slept in and then remade, sheets didn’t look like they’d been washed and there were crumbs in one of the beds… overall, it was a bad experience compared to other places we have been to in the recent past. Those were better value for money. We didn’t stay the whole duration of the trip. Making the decision due to being pregnant, we left after 2 nights. Would recommend an update to the interior of the flat and employ proper cleaners as it really wasn’t up to standard.

Please avoid this apartment. The apartment is so small and he has the ability to regulate the temperature remotely. So he occasionally reduces the temperature from where ever he is.

It is unfair that this man does include that you will pay a deposit of £150 which you almost will not get back. When you check out he will find a reason to ask you to pay £200 stating that you damaged something in his property. In our case the items he claimed were damaged were damaged before we checked into the property. We also got on contact with those who stayed there before us, and they narrated a similar terrible experience of exploitation. Please this man should be made to include on this site that you will pay £150 which may never be refunded.
