Issues with AC not working, Compressor frozen took 4 hours to thaw HVAC Repairman called said low on Freon fluid plus filter was filthy). Water dripped from upstairs bedroom closet from ceiling to stairwell. Had to get trash can to catch water an use Bathroom rug to absorb water. Problem with unreliable WIFI and internet connection, Bed Linens were not clean, floors and rugs were dirty, Front Porch Light burned out which was a security issue, Dishwasher did not work, Checkin was complicated and delayed for over one hour until we finally got in contact with JZ Vacation rentals at a different number than was listed on confirmation Host through booking.com. There were many issues which took up a lot of our personal time to get resolved. Should have stayed somewhere else that was more reliable.
