"Excellent"

Apartment was decorated very nicely and extremely comfortable 😁. Bathroom a little tired compared to the rest of the apartment, however the shower was great, water nice and forceful 😁 All essentials were provided and a bottle of prosecco and scrummy cookies were also a lovely touch. 1st time in Whitby and was a lovely couple of days.with my daughter.

Even though a parking pass was provided with the apartment, which is great, unfortunately roads were a complete nightmare, driving around for a good 30 mins with no joy, so ended up paying in a long stay carpark, having to complete this process twice to cover the 2 days there. Wasn't the best of starts after a long day's driving.

Excellent room. Good location, easy walk into town. Had everything we needed.

Slight road noise when windows open, but that's to be expected in a busy town.

Very nicely appointed and decorated and lovely welcome supplies. The location is convenient to town. Opposite a nice park.

It is on a very noisy road which is the main road into town and hilly. Bedrooms face the road. Cars rev up and down the hill all day/night so we didn’t sleep for the 3 nights we stayed sadly. Also it is up 4 flights of stairs which was a problem for us that we weren’t aware of when booking. Frypans need replacing as teflon all worn and peeling. Tried to recycle our suitable rubbish but no obvious bins provided.

Everything! It was lovely and clean, the location is excellent, lovely to look out over Pannett park. The bed was really comfortable and the sheets were super clean. I have never felt towels so soft and fluffy in my life. I loved the little personal touches left for guests, biscuits, prosecco, parking permit, milk, guest book to read where other guests have been when they stayed, the folder with hosts info and places to go. It was just lovely. I will 100% be coming back ♥️

Nothing. Although if you have walking difficulties it is on a top floor but this didn’t bother me at all.
