The pool area was convenient to access from the ground-floor apartment, which was a big plus. The pool itself was nice, but it could have been cleaner. There were quite a few bird droppings around the area and worms in the water, especially in the children’s pool, which was noticeably dirtier than the adults’ pool. While this may be partly due to the surrounding vegetation, it was still unpleasant.

The location of the property was good and convenient for exploring Quarteira. However, the cleanliness was disappointing. At the entrance, there were many leaves, ants, and cat hair on the terrace, which gave a poor first impression. Inside, the floor was not properly cleaned, and there was a noticeable amount of human hair in several areas. While the location was a positive aspect, the overall cleanliness did not meet our expectations and needs improvement. We also found two broken chairs. When we informed the host, she seemed more concerned about identifying who had caused the damage than apologizing for the inconvenience.

Lovely apartment on a beautiful complex with a pool, great location and easy walking distance to Vilamoura Marina. Nice touches by the owners, condiments, tea, coffee, dishwasher tablets, washing machine liquid and comfort, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel all there ready to use.

A full size washing airer would have been a bonus to dry clothes and towels etc.
