The location of the accommodation was good, but the facilities were quite outdated, and some things didn’t work properly. What bothered me the most, however, was the lack of flexibility in extending the check-out time by one or two hours.

Great location for the price. Still a 10-15 minute walk to the strip through the MGM Grand, but great choice if you still want to be close to the strip.

The room size and bathroom.

The AC was not operable and was making a loud screeching sound. We had to have maintenance come in and replace the blower. Also the outlet in the bathroom was not working and exposed wires from make up mirror posed a safety threat. The technician that fixed the ac identified the exposed wires that could have shocked my wife as she was getting ready. Also had a horrible experience with security guard at gate Friday night. She was very rude and would not allow us on to premises. I showed her the room key and she insisted I park in MGM Grand parking and walk to Signature. I attempted to explain that valet was holding my parking spot but she would not allow explanation. I informed her I would not stay at the MGM Signature again based on the way she was interacting with me and my wife.
