Rooftop Pool & Hot Tub - Gym - Hollywood Beach

We had a problem with electricity in our room, but there is no one can help. Only next day afternoon someone came to our room to ask what happened . But evening of Passover we were without electricity at all!!!

Loved the convenient location, the room view, the layout of the room, pool and towel facilities

Loud sound coming from what seemed like the shower drain of water draining at random times, would often have to keep bathroom door shut to not hear it.

The unit was very spacious and located a block away from the beach/boardwalk. Both bedrooms and bathrooms were nice and big. The decor was minimal so it made the unit appear big. There was sliding doors in each room which allowed you to enjoy the partial ocean view.

We encountered roaches and small bugs in the kitchen. There was also a dead bug in the hallway bathroom. I took pictures and complained to the front desk and she couldn't help me out since I did not make the reservation with them. Fortunately, there was a lot of restaurants at the boardwalk so we did not have to cook or eat in the kitchen. We were a little grossed out and tried to make the best of the situation since my stay was non refundable and there was no 2 bedroom availability near the convention center. I personally thought the daily parking fee was pretty high. Never mind the fact that you have to tip the guys every time you retrieve your vehicle. I've stayed in plenty of upscale hotels that do not charge overnight parking as much as this condo charges.

The room could use some attention to little things. The refrigerated shelves were broke. Some of the outlets did not work. The dishes were all mismatched, the pots and pans needed to be updated. (Scatched, burn marks,warped) no mirrors only in the bathrooms. The washing machine was not in the unit as stated.

not clear on what a water view is in description. needed it close to elevator, but are views were not good at all and we requested specific view. rooms are too dark for colors of furniture not clear on room description/ I did not know there were rooms that are ocean view. also allow anyone to play their own music loud at pool area, and eat right in the pool. there needs to be a little more supervision up in the pool rooftop area.
