"Not as advertised"

Only the location.

The bathroom shower kept flooding, the sink in the bathroom half worked, there was no fridge as advertised, there was no single bed as advertised in the description(not even a couch), the sheets weren’t good as well as the towels, and when we went to call the number given to us to help fix some of the issues they didn’t respond and ignored us until we went to bookings directly for help. The 24 hour reception also didn’t apply to us either as when we went for help they told us that it was only for those staying in the actual hotel and said any issue we were having was not there problem. Overall not as advertised and not worth the extra money we spent to stay here instead of the hostel we originally booked.
