32nd Floor 1BR Suite, City View Balcony, No Resort Fee

Location was great

We came here to look for an investment property now that our youngest is 21, however the 3 party leasing company and the hotel have extremely poor communication (like a divorced couple living under the same roof). Although the property was very nice, this room was in poor shape. Lamp shades were cracked, floor stained, cigarette holes in furniture. Second bathroom was missing soap/shampoo/ conditioner was missing, cold water faucet did not work and toilet handle was falling off. The remote to the tv did not work and the persons belongings from the stay before were left in the room. You have to go through the 3rd party for EVERYTHING, and if you ask The Signature MGM staff for anything and they know you're "third party" you will be refused and treated poorly. We asked for towels the front desk said no, when we contacted the 3rd party for them they responded 10 hours later (around 5am) and said they could bring them up for $20! Like everything else in Vegas this was over priced with little to show for it.

Location was a short walk from the strip and the staff were very helpful.

The spaciousness and incredible tub were amazing, and its proximity to the strip and the monorail was a bonus!

There was nothing we didn’t like about this property.
