"We were made stay in a apartment we did not afford but that could have been avoided by being transparent."

Honestly i liked nothing

Honesty and transparency is key whn dealing with clients more especially if u have picked they don’t understand the booking they have made. Taking their money and after 24 hours you raise the issue and pin them they cannot get refund was unpleasant. Threatening us with police nd security guards just because we wanted to be understood too was uncalled for. We felt like criminals in Namibia
