Good location, and house downstairs was great especially sitting room and kitchen.

The bed linen was tired and worn, and the pillows were of very low quality. The third bedroom at the top had two small beds that were not suitable for adults or comfortable. The room was challenging as sloping attic walls and you ended up hitting your head when you got out of bed! I wasn't able to sleep and ended up on the sitting room couch. This was not a good experience

The Stairs. Although not an issue for my group the steep stairs, which are simply a consequence of the age of the property, would be a challenge for anyone who had mobility issues.

Perfect for two couples as both bedrooms spacious with Queen size double beds and their own bathrooms. Excellent t location with plenty of free on street parking. The sun shone on Aldeburgh for our whole stay!

Blackout blinds would have been useful.

Cosy house on an excellent location, a few minutes walk to the high street. Lounge was lovely and sunny and sofas/ chairs all comfy. Kitchen had all we needed and beds were comfortable and bathrooms spacious.

Beautiful well maintained property. Spotlessly clean and all the facilities you could need. Excellent location.

The one disappointment were the pillows on the beds! Such a shame as the mattresses were very comfortable but the pillows were very thin and hard. Personal preference, I know, but each member of our party of four said the same. A small thing as everything else was exceptional but if it affects your sleep I would bring a pillow from home!
