GBFirstly, these comments are not for the Lake View property that we booked On arrival this property had not been serviced after the pervious occupies due some confusion with the cleaning company. After several phone calls with the owner we were upgraded to another property nearby which the scoring relates to.

The road getting out to Queenstown can be tricky for a right turn. Pays to go up the hill and go into town from the other side.
NZAmazing views. Easy to find. Had car park. Nice and quiet environment. There was a kids park not far away. Great kitchen.
Clocks didn’t have batteries but still hung. The beds were made without a top sheets? instead it was a duvet inner with a sheet on top of that. The seating on the balcony could have been improved and the rail height seemed a bit low for young kids.

Welcoming chocolates are melted due to the sun so I assume that it might be moved into the fridge or other spots
