far to many stairs if your not up to it choose an other hotel car parking is a nightmare.

Breakfast was excellent, great location facilities very good and hosts were welcoming friendly and accommodating. Would thoroughly recommend.

Recently renovated to a very high standard. En-suite first class. Very clean and smartly presented. Tasty breakfast and honesty bar. Loved the terrace. Excellent hosts Lisa and Darren.

It wasn’t a problem for us but a lot of steps for elderly or infirm guests, access is difficult in older properties I know. Needs some new carpeting but that would be expensive, again not a criticism. Car parking in Llandudno is difficult but you can park for free only 5 minutes walk from the hotel.

From the moment we stepped into Bryn-Y-Mor we were treated like friends. The welcome we received was fantastic.The hotel seemed a lot cleaner than on our previous visits.The room was amazing(can highly recommend room 3) with a seaview, loved the chairs in the window to chill in after a long day. The breakfast was fantastic, loved how you could choose your time slot and how many of each item you wanted. We've always felt like an inconvenience before when we've visited but definitely not this time. Will definitely visit again

The WiFi was a bit patchy but in the grand scheme of things, it's not a major concern
