Friendly welcome, great location.

The staff were exceptionally welcoming, carrying my suitcase up the stairs to my room for me while I checked in. The room was a good size and very comfortable, the room facilities were great, the view was outstanding and the breakfast was absolutely incredible.

The owners could have been a little bit less attentive at times. Aside from that, there were no negatives.

Lovely comfortable room, absolutely spotless, it is right by yhe pier,,and in walking distance of pubs and restaurants

The weather, it was pouring down when we were there.

Perfect location just a few minutes to the main shopping area. Close to the pier, stunning views overlooking the bay. Great breakfasts, choice of full cooked breakfast with toast, tea/coffee. Continental breakfast if preferred. Tea/coffee in the room plus a complimentary bottle of water and individual pack of biscuits.

Parking was difficult as only on street parking pay and display but as so busy we had to drive about for quite sometime until found a space
