Bryn-Y-Mor Hotel

Arrived to a very warm and friendly welcome. The host explained everything we needed to know during our stay The little touches throughout were simply amazing Make up remover, cotton wool pads, toiletries in your room. Bathroom was huge and extremely clean. Comfortable bed, bedding spotless Extra supplies on the landing to help yourself to such as loo rolls, coffee sachets, milk etc. Breakfast was amazing, loved the cafetiere for coffee served to your table instead of having yo serve yourself to one cup of coffee! You choose your breakfast on arrival for the duration of your stay and your preferred time. We chose 9:40 so we could have a lie in and it was quieter at this time too. The honesty bar was the best! Help yourself to drinks and add it to the honesty sheet then settle your bar bill on departure There were blankets in the hallway if you were a bit chilly when sitting out on the amazing patio which overlooked llandudno pier and bay. Umbrellas provided, binoculars on the table for you to use. Not forgetting tge resident budgie! This hotel is the best by far.

The 4 flights of stairs to our room but it wasn't a problem, kept us fit!

The hosts were great, the breakfast was great also the place was good but 2 things I have to say about this place 1: We were on the second floor and had to climb two flights of stairs not good for the wife as she is not supposed to climb heights plus the stairs to get in to the place. 2:the cost was a bit to high for a back room we could have had a front room at other hotels for the price.

Parking is just luck if you get on the street but obviously that’s not their fault and we had to park quite far away for cheaper

The hosts were amazing could not have done more. The sea view was fantastic could sea the whole bay from our room. Top notch breakfast all cooked fresh and plenty of choice. Just a lovely place to stay and very good value for what we paid,

Only complaint would have been the 4.00am wake up call from the seagulls but to be expected when right on the sea front. Solved that quite quickly bought some ear plugs problem solved.
