ZAOcean breeze was great
The infrastructure that needs some repair.. Not all units have covering from rain outside on the stoep.
ZAZAZAThe house was clean and had all the necessary self-catering facilities, this was great thanks. The surroundings was clean and well maintained with lots of security for access control and patrolling all day and night in and around the park. Kids are safe to explore the premises and go to the pool or the beach on their own. The shop and bar facilities on site was a great bonus!
I have informed the managing agent about the loud noises the toilets (both) make after flushing. It was very disturbing especially at nigh when there is very little noise and when people are sleeping. The general swimming pool is far too small for a place hosting that many people. This was quite surprising to us and although they had another smaller pool a short distance away it was hardly sufficient. Of course this meant that only the children could enjoy the pool because it was too small to accommodate adults as well. The other surprise as that the entrance to the facilities was only through the township, which was literally on the door-step of the club, this deterred us from going to town after dark, because we were to afraid if having to drive though there at night. I don't think I will book at this resort again for specifically this reason even though the facilities are very nice.
ZALove the unit & the patch of grass on the outside was nice for my grandkids thy cud play on ,not too far from the pool & a shop we never knew was there haha the owner was very helpful guiding us on things to c in hermanus & also update us on the weather altho we didn't get to c any whales we will definitely b back next yr in whale time a exsta bonus was we cud stay till 12h00 on check out day really nice of them ,,tht meen we didn't had to get up early & rush to b out thanks for tht ill definitely give it a 10 star & we will definitely book again ,
ZAIt was close to the beach,walking distance and ammenities available for entertainment.
I was a bit shocked that the location was opposite an informal settlement. Whicb leaves the location to charge more for security.We also had an incident at the entertainment area where our children was not properly guided and un-aware of rules which resulted in them not enjoying it which lead to confrontation.Preference above other guests took place.
