The location was great, close to the main station and right in the city. The room was exceptionally clean, nice touch with the coffee machine ;) The staff was super friendly and helpful and even accommodated our peculiar needs for a couple of extra pillows. It was great and we would stay again.

Excellent location, simply furnished, but comfortable room in a well-maintained apartment.

Unnecessarily complicated check-in procedure. A few weeks before the trip, too much personal data was demanded from the landlord, including a photo of ID cards and a selfie. Then, upon arrival, we had to first go to the landlord's office to receive a link with instructions on how to check in and an access code to a box located at the accommodation that contains our keys to the rented room. All this can be done either electronically or in person at the landlord's office, but having to do both is absurd. In addition, the requirement to take pictures of ID cards, selfies, etc. and provide them to third parties outside the authorized state bodies is a serious violation of the European rules on GDPR.

Good location, nice staff upon arrival, possible to make tea/coffee in the room

Thin walls where you can hear everything, neighbours who don't know how to behave, screaming and playing music at night, a bathroom that should be cleaned more than one time a day (some people do not know how to use it properly, leaving towels flowing everywhere, not saying about the state of the toilet or the shower sometimes). Overall cleaning should be improved. Wouldn't recommend it for a female solo traveler

There was no kitchen or place to prepare a meal

With nearby cofee shops, supermarket( dok)and walking distance old Town, sea!
