Everything about the apartment that is under the hosts control was disappointing - furniture is incredibly old and uncomfortable. Springs can be felt through mattress, the sofas are dirty and uncomfortable. It’s like they’d been collected from a dump. Looking back at reviews people commented on this in March 2022 and nothing has been done about it… Unfortunately no photos can illustrate how uncomfortable the mattress is. - linens are old and tatty The towels are threadbare in places Pillows were so old that the stuffing had clumped into balls - decor is old and tatty The wallpaper is peeling off the wall all over the place White paint on woodwork is all yellowed, obviously hasn’t been painted for many many years. - electrics barely work The aircon in the bedroom only works intermittently (on for a few minutes then off again etc) TV doesn’t have smart functionality (not a deal breaker but added to everything else…) - apartment smells bad and isn’t very clean The door to the bathroom is rotten and obviously smells now The shower screen is filthy Dust built up all over the place (just look under the bed)
