Place is really convenient. Hallo Day and carpark is within 5 minutes walk. There is a vending machine right outside the house. The shower room is a dream.

Place was dusty, and there wasn’t sufficient amenities to support the doing laundry e.g. clothes hanger, clothes rack or clothes peg

Amazing convenient location near Nakasu, Hakata train station and a little further along is Tenjin. Huge grocery store with a super wide selection not 2m walk away. The spa bath alone is worth coming to stay for, it has a built in Bluetooth speaker for relaxing music while you soak.

Beds were a little too soft and springy but this is nitpicking
