I had a very lovely stay with Minakshi. She’s so welcoming and nice, and her cooking is delicious. The place is a little away from Library Chowk, which makes it quiet and convenient. The rooms are nice and comfortable, with a view on the mountains. I highly recommend this homestay !

I was greeted at the gate by Minakshi and her daughter who helped my dog and I down the hundred metal steps. The effort was well worthwhile. Located just a ten minute walk from the hussle and bussle of Gandhi Chowk, the Hundred Stairs is a haven of peace and tranquility with astonishingly beautiful views across the valley and down to Dehradun. My room was spotless and newly decorated with a big comfy bed, and a welcome wardrobe to hang clothes. Little extras like toilet paper, shampoo and toothpaste in the bathroom were much appreciated. Minkshi's simple home cooking was delicious and no effort was spared in ensuring that I felt welcome and at home. Dogma, my trusted hound was given an equally warm welcome. I would recommend Hundred Stairs whole heartedly to other travellers with canine companions. And I will be back next year.

Really lovely experience. Incredibly welcoming and good communication. Very clean and in a street that is close to the main area but not too busy. They go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need. And the view is great!

The shower is not warm - it seems the geyser only allows warm water to the taps. Mussoorie being in the mountains can be quite cold so it was a bit challenging :)

I recently stayed at this budget-friendly homestay and was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and generosity of the host, Ms Meenakshi. The accommodation exceeded my expectations, offering a comfortable and spotless environment. Ms Meenakshi went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable, making it a highly recommendable option for those looking for affordable and welcoming accommodation.

The property is located at a downside of hill, so one have to climb down around 100 steps to reach the property. So before booking, make note of this.

It was good to stay there , Meenakshi mam is too sweet and friendly. It felt like home there. It was not like a hotel or anything. 8/10 for sure.
