Calming place, Seoul #2

首先房子位置位于山坡上不好找，光爬坡就很累人更别说拉着行李箱了，房间还是在地下一层的，其次连最基本的拖鞋都没有，装修也是挺让人失望的地板和门锁很简陋还发黄，最后一天还发现有虫子！

入住第一天发现位置很不方便时联系房东与客服想沟通后天3天的住宿想退掉时，开始房东是不接电话的后面客服联系上房东也不同意退还说有问题可以帮我们调整，但这些是不可逆的问题跟本没办法解决！大家可以看一下图片根本没有发出来的好，请大家谨慎选择！

Clean and reasonably comfortable, located in a quiet safe area, easy access to all transport facilities, access to convenient stores, if needed. We appreciated the early acces to the apartment before the announced check-in time (the host agreed beforehand for us to be able to leave the luggages upon arrival to Seoul).

It is located at semi-basement, which makes it a little damp, dark (the weather also did not help, it was quite rainy) and difficult to ventilate. No balcony, (for our group was an important aspect), although it is mentioned in the description -- which means no direct access to the outside. No prior message from the host with the details on how to get to the apartment (we contacted the host while we were on our way to the location, we received the reply through which we were allowed in the apartment earlier than the announced check-in time).
