Inside was ok , how ever there was a smell of damp and you could see rising damp in most rooms.

When advised of the disrepair of the complex you said ‘we have no control’ then you advised Booking.com that you were aware and had advised all guests, which was a lie (see 2 screenshots below)The complex look abandoned and only half finished the communal areas were very scruffy with rubbish every where no entry sighns everywhere building in progress sighns , but not a builder on site just piles of old materials, pool area was closed, exposed electrics in corridors, definitely not safe if you have young children. Taxi driver just laughed and said derelict as he dropped me off. Complained to the owner who wasn’t interested in the details of my complaint, no pool and unsafe complex. Complained to Booking.com, eventually offered me alternative accommodation with no pool, this was at 8pm and a taxi ride away. Looked at the reviews of the alternative accommodation one review stated ‘dirty, mouldy and rats in the outside bbq area - avoid’, so I declined the alternative as I didn’t want to have another awful experience. Sent a video and photographs of state of the complex, do not enter signs, locked pool, exposed electrics, signs advising hard hats and high vis must be worn. Still the owner will not entertain my complaint and offer any compensation or any type of refund. Paid £598 and didn’t stay one night also had to pay for alternative accommodation which actually had a pool which I could use and resembled holiday accommodation. The accommodation is currently being investigated through Booking.com. I am trying to fight for some of the money to be refunded. Awful start to my holiday, and the owners not willing to acknowledge any accountability. Never again, I will only book into a large hotel complex in the future. Listen and learn!!! I tried to upload a video which evidenced the locked pool, and the extent of the abandoned building work but it only allows photos, which is such a shame as it gives you an insight into the unfinished building work at the complex.

The property is in a great location, there is still work being done on the apartment block but doesn’t affect the stay! The apartment was a good size and very clean.

The daily charge for sunbeds is a bit pricey and there should be a discount for people staying there, also as its private it was closed once for a private party which was a bit disappointing

It was spotless and beautifully laid out. All of the instructions forgetting in were really easy and it was very very well equipped.

They were a lot of steps, which made accessibility difficult but really I should’ve done more research on that before booking.

Lovely location, fantastic view, lots of spectacular though, a bit difficult for my elderly father
