The room was beautiful. Loved the valet parking and convenient Starbucks location.

The room and the bed

Hot water - only 50% of the times.

We had the room reserved for 28-31, 3 nights. The room reeked of weed during the entire duration of stay. I called hotel front desk about this and they redirected me to the LVCR who privately owns this room. They did not help in any way. During our stay the hot water was out and the drain in the shower didn't not work and the bathroom was clogged . They sent some to fix the bathroom clog. But they didn't do anything about the constant weed smell. It was horrible because my elderly parent couldn't breathe and got headaches. This is abhorrent and when booking at mgm signature where smoking weed indoors is illegal we expect that to be maintained. But nothing was done about that. I sincerely urge people to stay away from this LVCR and their rooms.

That it was very clean and with a fridge.

We didn’t have a tv remote but got one the next day. We didn’t have hot water 2nd to our last day.

Es war nicht zu erkennen das es kein Hotelzimmer mit üblichen Services ist. Kein Betten machen, kein Handtuchtausch, kein Auffüllen der Kaffeepads, Shampoo etc. Auf Nachfrage hieß es - Grundausstattung und auf die ersten zwei nachrichten hat noch nicht mal jemand reagiert.

Easy check in & check out process.

Room was FILTHY. Looked like all they changed was the sheets in the bed. There was leftover food in the fridge from the previous guests. Floors were disgusting. It felt very dirty.

The staff was always friendly, love how secured the property is.

We didn’t know how housekeeping worked there but we ran out of toilet paper and the ice machine didn’t work on our floor. We also had to take out our own trash which was a bit confusing. Again this was the first time booking there and didn’t know about housekeeping. Next time I will make sure to ask at the front desk.
