Very clean & comfortable with spacious parking lot. Owner is also very friendly.

Bathroom is quite limited with low water pressure. Other than that it's a very pleasant stay overall.

Located very near to UTHM so it was easy for me to send my son for his registration. Lotus and Target are quite near as well.

The cleanliness is remarkable. Well equipped facilities. Location nice, easy access to Parit Raja town & main road yet away from bustling traffic. Ample parking space for large families

Nothing that we don't like. Suggest to add microwave oven & bathroom water heater for guest convenience. Also toilet window to paste with opaque film for privacy.
