The security staff is very helpful and friendly. The cleaner cleans the place but the place is old and mouldy so it still looks dirty even after cleaned.

The place needs to be upgraded. It's mouldy and the paint is peeling off. The shower in the main bedroom needs to be deep cleaned. The TV just did not want to work and the add said that it has DStv full bouquet but that is false advertising as one of the TV decided to get signal only go to some channels.

It was very clean and the staff was very friendly our stay was very exceptional for such a low cost

Limited cutlery, especially knives to chop meat and vegetables.

The location is beautiful and well ressources.

The place smell mouldy; including bedding and couches. Every second thing is brûlent e.g sliding doors, cupboard door, can opérer etc.Staff cut corner in their clearing duties and were unprofessional. Trash was left outside our door for the entire weekend.

The place was excellent.. close to the beach and was lovely overall.. we had a good time, and the apartment was comfortable as well to spend the rainy days indoors. If there was anything we struggled with, the agents and staff were more than willing to help as soon as possible, so very good customer service.

We expected a well-maintained unit. Mould in all the rooms, can do with a proper deep clean and curtains washed not stained white curtains, and can definitely do with a fresh set of paint Found dirty pots still containing oil and all of the pots were previously burned and not cleaned properly. The oven/tray was dirty still from previous use :-( No working aircon. No working tumble dryer.

The location was just perfect and convenient. Everything was closer, The beach, malls, restaurants, farms etc. Candice and Stephen were helpful whenever we had any issues or concerns. My family and I enjoyed the runs and walks on the beach, getting to see hole in the wall, how safe and secure the complex was. The face recognition and pin code access to enter the complex and the beach was lovely in knowing that we are extra safe. The staff was so helpful each time we needed something. The Cleaning Lady Thembi was so amazing, ensuring our unit is clean daily throughout our stay. We will definitely return to Kallisti with the whole family this time. We always visited some parts of Durban but never Ballito bay. What a lovely experience.

I didn't like the fact that the kitchen windows didn't have any blinds or curtains. Staff could see us as they're cleaning the corridors and all. I feel it would be lovely if there was a little bit of privacy but besides that everything was how we expected it to be. Also it would be lovely if there were chairs or benches by the pool inside in case someone wants to relax and unwind by the pool.
