5BR 3BA Family friendly entire home w pool, spa, games, tvs, and more

Very spacious, with enough seats and chairs for everyone. Pool was clean.

Guests who slept on the solo bed in the room on the 2nd floor to the right of the stairs (sharing wall with the long couch) said the bed was too firm

Everything was clearly labeled and easy to find throughout the house. All rules and procedures for getting in and cleaning up before leaving were very clearly laid out.

We arrived at the house at the 4pm time agreed upon, but the cleaning lady, although very nice and apologetic, was still at the house for another 2 hours past that time.

The house was great . Very nice and clean

We could not access pool app to turn heater on it or spa so we couldn’t use it

POOL WAS GREEN AND UNUSABLE! We were traveling with three young children to visit a relative who had just finished chemo treatments so we could not stay at a hotel or somewhere she would be exposed to crowds. This seemed perfect as the kids would be able to swim and we could visit. We arrived in 110 degree weather and everyone is anxious to jump in the pool. We walk out to the yard and the pool is covered in green slime. It takes several hours to reach the host (the local manager is not responding). When we finally reach Foster we are shocked to find out he KNEW the pool pump was broken but instead of letting us know in advance so we could book somewhere else let us check in knowing full well he could not provide a pool. He assures us "tomorrow it will be fixed". The pool man arrives around 9:00 AM to replace the pump and then leaves without updating us. We assume he will also be cleaning the pool. WRONG. We then have to reach out again to Foster. Foster tells us it will be cleaned the following day and assures us that he will make it up to us. The pool is not cleaned that day or the next day. When he tells us the pool might be fixed for use on our last day we ask for a late check out so that the kids could get one day in the pool. By the time we left no one had even arrived to start cleaning the pool. Our entire stay the pool was green. Once we left Foster stopped responding to all my calls and messages to follow up on his promised concession. After I filed a complaint with Booking.com and asked for a 40% discount which seemed reasonable for a ruined vacation; he then took the position that the late check out was our compensation for him ruining our trip. He basically offered nothing as he knew the sole purpose of the the late check out was to use the pool, but the pool was still not available. . Take my advise DO NOT RENT THIS HOUSE - IF ANYTHING GOES WRONG YOU ARE OUT OF LUCK.

it was a very nice house and so many games to play whenever we were bored.

Everything was nice

The beds were amazing really comfortable, loved how big and species it was, also loved the pool

Didn’t really like the fact that when I checked in the pool was really dirty but I contacted the host and we got that problem resolved the same day

The location was good. Not too far from LV. The kids liked The pool, the beds were comfortable, everything was there equipement wise to cook and to wash some clothes

The carpet in the upper floor needs a bit to get used to.
