Man fühlte sicher, da es eine Abgeschlossene Einrichtung mit Wachmann gab.

Leider war kein Personal vor Ort. Die Wohnung lag an der Hauptstraße und war somit sehr laut. Leider mussten wir die Fenster offen lassen, da die Fernbedienung für die Klima fehlte und die Klimaanlage so hoch hing, dass sie nicht erreichbar war. Auch die Waschma war defekt.

There nothing to complain about at all.

The apartment was equipped with all the necessities for a long stay. Close to the beach and many restaurants. Free parking on the premises. Very good WIFI.

The apartment is next to a very busy road and can get noisy sometimes. The aircon and tumble dryer did not work.

Location was good.

There was a strong unbearable smell which made it difficult to get comfortable even with fans running and windows open. Both my wife and I had a terrible headache in the morning.

The locat

I am very disappointed with my stay in this apartment. There was a strong mildew smell throughout the unit, which was extremely unpleasant. I reported the issue, but unfortunately, no meaningful action was taken to resolve it. What makes this even more frustrating is that the building enforces strict rules such as fines for not washing dishes or taking out the garbage, yet the owner does not uphold the same standard when it comes to maintaining healthy living environment. Basic cleanliness and air quality should be a priority, and in this case, it was clearly not. We stayed in another unit on the 25 October, unit 003 at the same location, and the difference in standards was clear. The other unit had proper air ventilation, a dehumidifier, and a consistently fresh, pleasant smell. It is evident that the owner of this apartment could take a few tips from that unit’s owner when it comes to ensuring a healthy and hygienic space. The owner would do well to focus more on genuine hospitality and maintaining a livable environment rather than imposing strict rules that they themselves are unable to uphold.

The location and the shower

The bed was terribly uncomfortable. Could not sleep on it. We only stayed one night, not the two we booked and paid for. The flat was dusty. When using the pillows or duvet, we kept inhaling dust, which should have been washed. A broken cupboard. The front door also needs to be checked out. It is very difficult to move and lock or unlock. The washing machine was out of order. No extra Linnen or pillows so that we could fix the problem ourselves. Shower handel was broken. Flickering lights when the main light is on.
