They didn’t even let me cancel nobody answered the phone to give me instructions

I like the location.

I loved everything.

Great location if you plan on doing things in Downtown area & surrounding area. Parking is free and it is along the side of the road( parallel parking). Gaining access to the building & room was easy. The area was very quite during my visit

I liked that we was in the heart of everything. It was my first time going to ATL and we didn't have to travel far.

I didn't like that the floors was dirty it had hair in the master bedroom shower. The other shower drain was clogged the water went down slow. It was a lot of huge water bugs or bugs crawling on the floors. We had to put our luggage on the table with our shoes. I didn't like that it wasn't any parking assigned to the apartment so we had to be in early enough to find parking close by or we literally had to park 3 blocks away.

They had kept only 2 mugs and 2 spoons and plates. We were a family of 4. I kept requesting the owner to send but he did not even though he kept saying he will. The bedrooms are very tiny and gets very hot at night (not sure if the ac works well in the room). The room smelt of smoke (owner said someone upstairs must be smoking) but as we were traveling with our infant it was not at all favorable.

Dirty building, sketchy location, owner was weird sent text requiring additional information about the intention of my stay and accusations about last minute booking meaning I was looking for a place to do illegal things at- once I actually saw the place I understood a bit more - since it definitely was a seedy place.
