New Downtown ATL Condo Washer Dryer 542Blvd

I loved the size and decor. The place was overall clean, spacious and nice. I would definitely return as long as I didn't have to park my custom jeep on the street.

The inside of the refrigerator wasn't cleaned from the last tenant. I'm sure it was probably an oversight, but as a property owner kitchen and bathrooms are key. We also had to park on the street instead of in the garage.

Nice and clean with modern furniture. Location is great and we didn’t struggle to find a parking.

Check in at 4 pm and check out at 10 am is a bit different from standard. However, the host had us check out at 11 upon request and we appreciate that!

Beautiful, close to everything

The air conditioning needs a little adjustment, the apartment felt damp

Great apartment with a close proximity to downtown and fun activities places. Very clean and cozy.

Had a hard getting into the property door code did not work for a while

The location was definitely not what I expected. There were quite a few people hanging out near and down the street. Didn’t feel as safe as I would have liked. The parking was a headache. The parking structure is not tenant friendly-spaces we’re too narrow. Should have a more secured gate to assure safety of guests and vehicles.
