GBGood location near Queens beach (few minutes walk). Clean and cozy apartment. Nice parking spot. Grocery shop is nearby as well as a bakery and a restaurant. Nice balcony and the AC works well. Bedroom has no AC, but a good fan. They allowed a late checkout which was really helpful.
Lots of small things did not work, nothing too bad. All the appliances, wifi, TV, microwave oven etc. were unplugged. I spent a lot of time on a holiday connecting things and troubleshooting. The coffee machine did not work (though it was replaced quickly by the host). There was a washing machine, but no washing liquid. Dishwasher was not working. Most TV channels were not working, which was frustrating. There was some antenna that was disconnected and again I spent a lot of time trying to get the channels to work, but gave up.

IEThe apartment was clean and comfortable and everything looked new. 5 mins walk to queens beach which is a lovely beach and ten mins to the lovely town of nin.2 big supermarkets nearby. Would heartidly recommend. Quiet area, felt very safe.
Leaving
ROThe appartment was clean. It is very close to a beautiful sandy beach. It has 2 shops 5 min away, walking distance (tommy hipermarket and konzum). The area is quiet (it's not a main street, so there is no traffic there). The appartment looks like in the pictures, the furniture is in good conditions. There is a nice view from the balcony. There is self checkin, which is also great. It's located a few minutes away from the seafront where the boats are, so you can easily take a walk to the center of Nin (15 min walk, with a 3 years old child).. It is equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, vacuum cleaner, iron, fridge with freezer, a lot of kitchen amenities, towels, soap, toilet paper, a toilet seat and a cot for our kid, etc. We really enjoyed our staying :).
The AC is only in the living room, but they offered a ventilator for bedroom, which was nice :). The shower has curtains and the bathroom gets very wet, but there is a mop to clean it.
HUFlexibility to receive the keys on arrival and easy to check out. A fantastic beach and shop are 5 minutes walk away, however the village center isn't so far.
The toilet seat is wobbly.
