"The most perfect location to explore the city, very convenient stay!"

Excellent location! The most perfect location if you're here to explore the city. Everything is within walking distance. Check in is completely keyless, property are communicative and answer through text right away. They even have a service to leave your bags earlier at your room if you arrive before check in for an excellent price of just 12$. Super convenient stay for just a place to sleep, everyone was very respectful of hours and the shared areas (bathroom/kitchen) were clean.

Shared bathroom. Room is a little boxy, not a good option if you were looking for a place to chill. Elevator was down. Laundry and trash rooms were kept open so it got a little smelly.

"Disappointing customer service"

Location was fantastic. One block from Boston Common.

No staff members were present on site. Text messaging was available but response time was not always prompt. The tv didn’t work and no offer was made to resolve the issue.
