It was close to a lot of good food and coffee places!

The bed was a little firm and the lock code pad for the bedroom was hard to see the numbers.

The studio was cute, cozy, and generally pretty comfortable! Also, it was pretty good value, and the host was very communicative.

The biggest issue was that there were a ton of little flies (or some kind of flying insect) in the bathroom — no matter how many I killed each night, more ended up spawning by the next night. Also, this is more minor, but I kind of wish there had been different thicknesses/stiffnesses of pillows; the four pillows we had were all the same type, and were too thick/stiff for me (a back sleeper) and too thin for my partner (a side sleeper).

That they never stated that they would need to get a security deposit after you paid for your stay, and was not able to refund.

It is a nice little studio nested in a good location and walkable neighborhood. Not too far from Ballard and Phinney Ridge.

Appliances did not work: WiFi was so slow that it was unusable for Instagram or Google Maps; Stove, microwave, and fridge did not work—the power kept tripping. 3rd floor unit was very hot that it made it hard to sleep.

Clean convenient comfortable

We had originally wanted to stay 2 nights but would be arriving very late for the first night. Unable to effectively communicate to see if that would be possible. No way to ask any questions before actually booking so we stayed elsewhere. Booking is non refundable so couldn’t take the chance

Location was where I needed to be the next morning and was why I booked this place, thinking it'd be cheaper than a hotel. I liked the small kitchenette and a coffee machine, it came in handy.

I was not very attentive and didn't notice there was a roughly full one night price extra for the cleaning fee -- making my efforts to pay the cheapest price for a one night stay moot, plus the 200$ deposit fee. Meanwhile, the sheets looked like they were washed with a black polyester jumper and air dried, with pillows different shade of yellowed white each. Otherwise, it was clean. I received a link to pre check-in and asked to pay $200 deposit, which was returned, yet a bit of a hassle for just one night -- should've booked a hotel. I was also asked three times my check-in time, which was a bit annoying. The fridge was really old and really loud. It is a quiet residential area, and I would wake up from the fridge rumbling throughout the night.

No movement room. Smelled STRONG of bleach.
