1. The location is very close to petrol stations, eateries and convenience shops. 2. Has almost complete room facilities. 3. Has a good cafe on the ground floor. 4. Super clean room. 5. Having wash and dry washing machine, microwave and electric stove are useful.

1. Only one of three elevators leads to the basement parking floor. 2. The room is not totally soundproof. Cannot be too noisy or risk of disturbing the neighboring rooms. 3. (Optional suggestion) TV box is lagging for certain channels. Better to use Unifi TV or Astro Ultra box.
