It was always very difficult to reach a human on the phone. I was trying to come earlier, when I finally reached a person, they said I need to call 48 hours in advance. Told her if they would have answered the phone I could have done that, and no one ever returned my calls either. I spoke with a Dora, who helped me, and things were smoother afterwards. She found out that my emails were not getting to me, as well as not getting back to company. I was about fed up and was going to get my money back from the aggravation, but I'm glad I didn't change my mind it was very nice, and was pleased with the property. NO BUGS!!!! I was very pleased with that as well. It was truly a very nice place, and was almost afraid to touch anything so I wouldn't dirty anything.(laughing). Hopefully if we visit Florida again in future, we can get the same place, knowing how clean and neat the property was. Thank you very much to the owner for having strict rules to keep the place that nice.

Not being able to communicate with people while trying to get to the property. Some people don't live on their phones and have access to all the technology as others. It was very hard to get someone and noone would return a phone call.

Nice little house but should be better clean and exterminator more often.

The property has a few roaches wasn’t pleasant seeing them on the counter or dishwasher.
