"All in all it was good."

The location is good for those who want to spend most of the time on the beach. It was clean and nice, the bed was big and the air conditioning was working properly. We also liked that there were some beach umbrellas for us to take.

The area is a bit noisy and scary at night. Couch is not comfortable at all, but for us it was not too bad.

"Cozy apartment in great location"

Really nice cozy appartment near the beach and metro. The bed is really comfortable (bit too much comfortable, couldnt wake up at morning :D)

There could be a vacuumcleaner or some broom to clean the room time to time.

"absolutely fantastic accommodation!"

For me the ideal accommodation for a week in Valencia. 5min bike ride to the beach, very close to metro station Maritim and even closer to tram station Francesc Cubells. Perfectly equipped, clean and nicely furnished. Supermarkets, restaurants, bike rental, yoga studio etc. just around the corner. Slight noise from the apartment next door, but no problem for me. Thanks so much, will be back for sure!

"Beautiful stay"

Beautiful apartment close to the beach and the metro. It had all the facilities we needed, very clean. Looks exactly like the photos. Lots of lovely places to eat and drink nearby. Comfortable bed and pillows (we didn't need the sofabed). Really enjoyable stay with hosts easy to contact.

The internal and external walls are quite thin. This didn't bother us too much, but we did hear people in the neighbouring apartments and outside.
