Big enough to accommodate a family of 4. The place was safe.

The carpet had a very bad smell. We had to sleep with windows opened for some fresh air. The carpet needs deep cleaning. The beddings also had a very bad smell. It is a smell that is normally associated with clothes not properly dried from a tumble dryer.

They insinuated that we broke a plate and wanted to deduct R50 from my deposit. We barely used plates, as we brought our own, and also, as adults, we would've mentioned it had we broken anything. When I asked for proof of the broken plate, it took them over a week to provide a blurry photo with no visible breakage/ damage. Even though I contested this, they still deducted the R50 from my R1500 deposit. What I can't understand is why it takes the managing agent 10 working days after you check out to repay your deposit? Dishonest business practices and won't be back

It was great to be able to access the gholf estate and walk/run in a beautiful and safe environment.

The property is next to the main road so it is very noisy and you can basically not sleep with the windows open. Your main view is also the road. We were only two people but it would be tight for a larger family/group.
