The location was perfect. Easy walking distance for everthing. The driver Ruben who collected us from the airport was excellent, great knowledge and really helpful.

The rooms were very comfortable. The host was very accommodating when we had trouble with our previous reservation.

There was a large step down in the middle of the hallway (in this specific apartment only, I don't think it was in all rooms). We were warned ahead of time, so it wasn't an issue. If you have accessibility requirements, note when booking.

"NOT THE BEST EXPERIENCE"

Proximity to Bergen center.

Very small apartment for 5 people, don't know how they allow to host 5 people having 4 beds in a 20 mq apartment! We found it dirty! The show plate did let that water go out of it. Bed mattress and walls dirty of blood.
