Ti Chôa - Casa da Praça

Nagyon kényelmes, szépen berendezett szállás volt. Díszkivilágítás fogadott, bor és süti az asztalon. Nagyon kedvesek és szolgálatkészek voltak a szállásadók. Van mosó és szárítógép! Ez nagyon ritka és itt a szigeteken nélkülözhetetlen a magas páratartalom miatt.

A házhoz nehéz autóval felhajtani, mert kicsit szűk a feljárat és még nehezebb kihajtani, mert egy fal teljesen eltakarja a kilátást. Volt néhány nem működő eszköz, de gondolom később ezt javítják majd. Mi jeleztük. Volt néhány hiányzó konyhai felszerelés, habverő,nagyobb lábos, ezt is jeleztük. Nagyon magas volt bent a páratartalom, ezért folyamatosan ment a klíma, de így is doh szag volt. Minden reggelre apró rovartetemek százai voltak a padlón a nappaliban, amit nem értettem honnét jönnek. A bor, amit kaptunk ihatatlan volt, de a gesztus mégis kedves.

Sehr schön eingerichtete Wohnung. Es fehlte an nichts. Das Present war sehr lecker😋. Ti Chôa ist sehr hilfsbereit.

Die Notbeleuchtung lässt nachts das Zimmer taghell erstrahlen. An der Wohnungstür waren leider Ameisen, aber ein Köder war natürlich schon aufgestellt. Aus dem Schrank mit dem Geschier roch es sehr muffig.

Hôtes très très accueillants, maison très agréable : climatisation aussi appréciable que la terrasse extérieure. Les équipements sont neufs. On recommande sans hésiter (comme leur restaurant du même nom dans le village : de bons plats typiques à un prix très correct).

Het is een rustig gelegen huisje met een aparte slaapverdieping en een ruim privé terras met BBQ/grill. Het huisje heeft een goed uitgruste keuken met oven, magnetron, koffiemachine (dolce gusto, waterkoker en koelkast met apart vriesvak. Fijn dat er ook een airco is

De deur naar het terras en de badkamer klemmen nogal.

The location in a quiet area on the north coast. Stunning view. The quaint villages nearby. The swimming holes in nearby Biscointus were outstanding. The apartment came with all kitchen and bedroom amenities. Parking right in front. Door to upper terrace right off bedroom gave wonderful views in the morning and evening from the bed. No mosquitos or cockroaches.BBQing area with plenty of firewood. The indoor lava wall. The staircase to the bedroom. Full size fridge. The welcome food and wine from the owner.Sufficient electrical plugins. Good internet. Came with Netflix but we never had time to watch They added a cot for our 13 year old niece by our bed. Worked perfectly. Deep Blue dive centre 23 minutes by car. Airport 30 minutes. The 3 meter collapsible sun shade over the outdoor table.

Nothing of consequence. The washing line would be more useful if it were covered as rain can happen at any time. All doors require effort to open/close as they rub against the ground. Not a negative point, but of course you need a car to access large supermarkets and explore the island from here. Top recommendation.

Wunderschön eingerichtete , saubere Wohnung! Super Terrasse mit Grill und sehr nette , fürsorgliche Gastgeber welche auch noch ein typisches portugiesisches Restaurant in der Nähe besitzen!

A casa estava bem equipada e o local foi fácil de encontrar. A comunicação com os anfitriões foi feita através de mensagem, mas as respostas foram sempre dadas com rapidez. A casa localiza-se no campo, sendo o local muito calmo e aprazível. Gostamos muito da estada.
