Absolutely perfect location. Great working shower, very neat and clean place to stay. Clear communication with the owners. Would definitely recommend!

light and airy, big rooms, great location for what we needed. lovely and clean and tidy

no parking (despite it advertising free parking). when I got there I phoned to ask where to park and was told the ramp next to it is for parking. I explained it had a car in it and she said it will fit 2 (but it was a van so not possible, and I am not going to block someone in). then you open the door and go up some stairs, there is a door saying “lower”, so we go up more stairs, there is a food saying “upper”. none of them sad 2a so we had no idea where to go And had to phone again. Also the sofa bed isn’t big enough for 2 people so 2 adults had to sleep on the sofa (it is very large), but there isn’t 2 duvets for that, and it took me an hour of hunting around trying to find the pillows.

very clean and tidy, only the stairs to climb are a little narrow, but otherwise everything was perfect.

The most worst experience, The information regarding the accommodation was the one for the office instead. Spent all the night outside looking for the right address Called back the office before post code was texted. Finally didn't go to that accommodation because it was really outside the city centre I had to book and pay again another accommodation that night Asked for a refund as I can't sleep there, the Lady on the phone said there is no refund even if I don't sleep there

It was a good location lots of amenities about Very secure

It would have been nice to have a table
